"The Mental Training for Health" works effectively by using the techniques of mental coaching and autosuggestion. The 21-minute program is aimed at adults and young people who are and wish to permanently stay healthy.
Kim Fleckenstein first gives you important food for thought on the subject of health in the introduction. Next, you will hear empathetic spoken suggestions which will gradually imprint themselves into your subconscious. The program is designed with brief pauses after each suggestion so that you can repeat the suggestion in order to anchor what you hear more firmly into the subconscious, from where it exerts its effects on your body.

Do not listen to this program while operating a motor vehicle or during any other activity that requires your full attention. This program does not replace a doctor or any other medical aids. The best effect can be achieved by listening to this program once a day over a period of four weeks.
