We hear how the physical and mental states work together with fantasy and reality.

Next, in "Tell Me Your Sex Story", Susie is at it again, asking a listener some nosy sexual questions that are none of her business but that we all want to hear about anyway. We meet "Astrid", who works as a postal letter carrier, and she's seen and heard more intimate details about the people on her route then anyone can imagine. Susie and "Astrid" also talk about threesomes, swinging, and just what it means to not be into vanilla sex. You'll never see your mail carrier in the same light again.

Finally, in our "Try This at Home" mailbag, Susie responds to a question she's seen floating around in all the popular magazines. She's ticked-off that nobody has given a direct answer to this common problem. A woman has stayed with her boyfriend for many years, hoping he'll soon be ready to settle down and have kids. Oops, now she's almost 40, and she asks - what should I do?
