Connor Meanwell started life in an ordinary home, wanting to pursue a career in the Army, just like his father. He began to train in martial arts from a young age but it was always a hobby and for fitness and discipline when he was a child.

As Connor grew up, his Army dreams got shattered from having to have an operation. During this time Connor also became a father at the age of 16. Connor found himself having to grow up and man up!

Connor now is an ameture fighter in the sport of boxing and is looking at turning professional in the upcoming fighting season. Here is Connor's story of how all of these events happened and what effect they have had on his life.
