Mid-Year Goal Review: Hold Steady, Update, or Recalibrate?

We’re halfway through 2025. How are you doing with the goals you set at the start of the year?

In this episode of the Aligned and Prosperous podcast, I’m inviting you into a powerful mid-year check-in. Together, we’ll explore the question I ask myself and every one of my clients around this time:

Where are you in relation to where you said you want to go?

Whether you’re right on track (yay, celebrate that!) or feeling off-course, this episode will help you tune in and choose your next right step. Do you need to update your goals because your vision has shifted, or recalibrate your commitment and get the right support to go all in?

You’ll walk away with clarity, compassion, and renewed confidence to finish the year aligned with what truly matters.

  • Consistency is Overrated: Why Mastery Matters More
    2025/06/05

We’ve all heard it—consistency is king. But after coaching hundreds of realtors, I’m here to tell you: consistency isn’t the problem. The real issue? You haven’t committed to mastery yet.

In this episode of Aligned and Prosperous, I’m breaking down why focusing on consistency too early actually keeps you stuck—and what to do instead if you want lasting results in your business. I’ll share a powerful client story where Lori held her leadership in a tough commission conversation and walked away with a full-fee listing… not because she pushed harder, but because she led with confidence and clarity.

You don’t need to hustle harder. You need to get good—really good—at the skills that move your business forward. When you commit to mastering sales leadership, consistency becomes a natural result.

If you’re tired of white-knuckling your way through follow-up, lead gen, and outreach, this episode will show you a better way.

Let me know if you'd like a shorter version for Spotify/Apple or a social caption to pair with this episode!
