I finished the David Beckham documentary on Netflix yesterday and I haven't stopped thinking about it. And as a Manchester United fan and a football fan, I adored this documentary.

David Beckham has truly changed the game of football, how athletes go about building personal brands and life outside football. He pioneered. He faced immense criticism and abuse from fans. But he never let any of that affect him. He overcame that.

The World Cup season is here. It's coming back to India after 12 years.
As a professional cricketer myself, it has been my dream to represent India in the World Cup. That was my north star growing up. Everything I did was to don the India blue jersey and play in the World Cup and of course, lift the trophy.
