Christian History, we believe is essential to the family to learn about many people who stepped out in faith, persevered in difficulty, and even persecuted. Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a German Lutheran Pastor and Theologian, who believed in doing the right thing and protect innocent lives during World War II at a time Adolph Hitler was in power. The persecution of Jews was at hand and Dietrich Bonhoeffer wanted to do something about it. This podcast is encouraging to learn more about this man of faith and how his writings and books speak to us today. Great book to read is The Cost of Discipleship.
