Hello everyone ✨✨ I absolutely love this episode, and you can join in too with just a pen and paper! In this session, we go through what we are grateful for, good and bad habits we have picked up and want to let go, writing a love letter to ourselves, discussing who we admire and more! ⭐️
The point of exercises like this is to get our brains working on how to see and think things clearer, how to have a positive outlook on life/situations, and to help us understand ourselves regarding boundaries, likes, dislikes and caring for the mind and body. Getting into the habit of doing this is really healthy.
