Don't miss out on fulfilling the plan and the purpose God has for you.

    Don't miss your calling.

Richard Blackaby said, "Some people never experience the mighty work God intended to do in and through their life because they don’t have the patience to allow God to bring His work to maturity." That quote is what has led us to this episode.

  • 239. How to Become a Strong Leader and Leave a Lasting Legacy
    2026/06/03

Are you a Christian woman who longs to be a strong leader and leave a lasting legacy? Then this episode is for you.

I believe you are called to lead and lead well - shining your light as you rise up to do the right thing for the right reason, as you serve for God's glory, and as you love others. That sounds really good - but how do we do it?

Well, it all starts with the decisions we make.

Today is a good day to decide to be intentional to lead strong and leave a legacy of relentless faith.

As a Christian woman who wants to lead well - we must focus on our integrity more than our achievement. And if we stumble here - let's be quick to hold ourselves accountable, take responsibility, and then put Jesus first.

Strong leaders invest in people. Leadership is never about "me". It is always about we. We are called to pour into the lives of others - mentoring, encouraging, and leading by example. This is how we make an impact in their lives.

Most importantly, we must stay focused on what matters most. There is only one answer here. What matters most is our relationship with Jesus. Everything else come after that.

It my prayer that you will make the decision to become the strong leader God has created you to become so you can do what He is calling you to do.

Don't shrink back. Don't delay. Don't let the enemy distract you or deter you. Rise up and surrender to the One who is ready to strengthen you and mold you into a legacy building strong leader!
