Get Up Nation®! My name is Ben Biddick. I’m the Creator and Host of the Get Up Nation® Show and Co-Author of Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with former Major League Baseball player Adam Greenberg. Recently I had the honor and privilege of speaking with Steve and Korey Hess. This epic father and son took some time out to join me on Get Up Nation® to share their insights into resilience. After 21 years with the Denver Nuggets, Steve is now one of six trainers worldwide who sits on the Under Armour training council. He’s a sponsored athlete by Met-Rx. He’s on the scientific advisory board for Masimo MightySat in addition to sitting on the scientific facility board for Panorama Orthopedics and Spine Center. He’s been featured on NBA Inside Stuff, All-Access with Ahmad Rashad, NBATV, and The Eating Network. He has his own workout segment on the Altitude Sports & Entertainment Network and has been featured on all Denver major news channels. Steve has two sons, one of which joins us here. Korey is a guard for the Denver Pioneers and is studying business at the University of Denver.
