    Yoga nidra is a method of resting effectively, even more effective than sleeping. Because if you go to sleep with tensions in your body, mind, and emotions, your sleep can get restless.

    In yoga nidra, you don’t have to do anything but lie down and reap the benefits of complete mind-body-emotions relaxation.

    For busy professionals and tired parents, that sounds great, doesn’t it?

    If you feel sad, one of the best ways to care for your sadness is to give it your full attention—feel it, learn from it, and check in with your needs. It’s amazing how, when we sit down and lovingly tend to our strong emotions, they can feel lighter and more willing to be released.

    This is the practice I’m inviting you to try in today’s meditation: caring for your sadness and tuning into the energy of peace.

    When I recorded this meditation, I was feeling sad myself. The transformation I experienced after 20 minutes of practice was truly remarkable.

    We all need that attentive self-love. Give yourself that love and attention.

    What is confidence? It’s an inner state, a belief in yourself and your abilities. It’s first and foremost a relationship with yourself—knowing who you are and trusting your abilities. Confidence doesn’t rely on external validation. Instead, it’s about recognizing that you can tap into your own energy of confidence whenever you choose to.

    That’s what we’re focusing on in today’s meditation: tuning into your inner confidence after grounding.

These tools help me release the anxiety caused by distracting thoughts.

    Hi,

    Some of you have asked how I make these podcasts. Well, the short answer is that I simply sit down, meditate, and record myself as I go. I follow the grounding routine you’re familiar with by now. But for the visualization, it’s really just whatever comes up as I sit in that grounded state. Today, what came to me was a blooming lotus, representing open-heartedness and love—the ability to be open to giving and receiving.
