This week’s very special guest is a licensed marriage family therapist, director, leader, husband, and girl dad. With a keen insight and sensitive heart he is trained to assess, diagnose and treat couples, individuals, and families who are dealing with relationship challenges. In addition to his successful private practice, Tsega is the Director of Counseling Ministries at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena AND the Director of MFT training program at Champion Counseling Center in Inglewood, CA. With the goal to help and heal, for over 25 years, this amazing man has worked with children, couples and families. In his personal life, he shows up strong as a husband of 22 years and a father to his teenage daughters. This one and only very good guy, Tsega Worku.

The second is an author, songwriter, musician, creative, coach, and girl dad. With his encouraging heart, he writes to influence fellow creatives and leaders to help them think strategically and act redemptively, spurring conversations that clarify values, beliefs, and all things practical. Having worked with many high level leaders and performing as an excellent leader himself, he has authored multiple books, his latest titled, MINDBLOWN: Unlock Your Creative Genius by Bridging Science and Magic. As a girl dad, with his one and only daughter, he co-created the previously mentioned band, A Beautiful Liturgy.

With his  dope skills he’s been able to make music around the world for tens of thousands of people touring with the likes of Miguel, Demi Lovato, Adam Lambert, Julia Michaels and many more. Hailing from Inglewood, he’s had the privilege of playing at the staples center and the famous Great western forum. Fun fact, he’s got perfect pitch!
