Rachel Westenberg, was born and raised in Green Bay, WI, and stepped into Rachel her passion early, fighting for justice. A community organizer steering a nonprofit organization for over 5 years, on a local and statewide level to change systems of oppression, including transportation, mass incarceration, mental health, and environmental justice.

Now, As the Strategic Communications and Marketing Director at We All Rise, Rachel recommits daily to further her anti-racism journey as well  as helping others on their journey.

People have lost over 2.8 billion dollars to scammers. And yes, it can happen to you! Following a thirty-two-year career with Delta, she retired three trips after 09/11/2001.

Linda is an expert-level John F. Barnes Myofascial Release specialist, with twenty-five years of experience. 

Linda is an International Certified Birth Doula, and a fierce advocate for the unborn. She has extensive training in both supporting and holding space in birth and loss in pregnancy.

A life long care giver, a major pivot at 50 and learning how to care for You first!

Today I'm speaking with Debbie Weiss. Debbie has always had a passion for helping, teaching, and caring for others. Since graduating from The George Washington University in 1985, she has done just that in various capacities, through both professional and volunteer positions. Debbie finds her current full-time job fulfilling however, it’s not her life’s purpose. Debbie’s passion and purpose are helping family caregivers regain their lives by learning to prioritize their self-care. 

Debbie’s doing this because as a teenager she had to grow up really fast and take care of her disabled father for several decades. Now she takes care of her disabled husband and oldest son which led her to giving everything that she had and feeling angry, resentful, overwhelmed and exhausted along the way. 

When Debbie turned 50, she took a trip to Bermuda with her friends and for the first time felt like she could actually focus on herself. Since that time, she has slowly incorporated self-care into her daily routine and her life is transformed. Now she helps family caregivers learn to do the same.

Growing up in a house of cult extremists, how she made it through and out, and her healing journey.

Sharon T. works with Non profits and NGO management the last 11 years as a Program Director. Specifically with the vulnerable populations and social issues at a grass roots level. 

Living through Hurricane Katrina, losing her home, breast cancer years later, and what she does to reduce the stress and anxiety, of being a busy Mother, Architect, and how this brings more joy, grace and the ability to live her inner gifts, consciously.
