But when you feel this is not happening it makes you angry. In psychology this is called irrational belief . Similarly, we have expectations with ourselves too ,get job by this age ,get married by this age, have children, get material possessions.And when these expectations don't meet we get angry at ourselves. Not only this but underlying feelings of inadequacy ,vulnerability , feeling unsafe etc can also cause us to be angry. Coach Shireen discusses how to cope up with this anger by understanding the harm it is causing to our physical and mental health.

    Further she explains how jealousy has the similar impact on our happiness like anger and what happens if we experience jealousy perpetually . Also, the question is worth pondering upon that if we can't rid of our own envy and jealousy how can we expect the people around us to not be jealous of us?
