With a wide breadth of experience as a Navy veteran, entrepreneur, and an emergency manager and first responder.  I am continually looking for the next challenge, the next inspiring project, the next opportunity to serve others, and ensure a safer community to live and thrive.  One of my biggest strengths comes from my ability to make complex issues seem simple and understandable. As the author of several books, one of the books written specifically for the unique communication needs of hostage negotiators, I have developed a particular set of skills related to remote nonphysical aspects of communications.  These skills have served me well in numerous emergency response situations. My book is required reading in numerous police departments throughout the country.

I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to feed my passion for teaching as a visiting lecturer at both the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Southern California (USC). In this role, I have leveraged my entrepreneurial real-world experience and insights with students in the Schools of Business, Entrepreneurial Studies.

Dr. Holly is a dating expert and inspiring speaker who empowers and advises on dating strategy, online dating, mindset, image, partner suitability, communication, and commitment.  She brings more than 15 years of rich personal dating experience before finding the wonderful man with whom she is happily married.  She’s based in San Francisco, California and works with clients around the world.
