    My name is Dewar. I hold a BSc and MSc in neuroscience and have recently decided to shift my focus from the lab to a broader platform, launching this podcast—Psychology of Modern Mayhem—to share insights from the neuroscientific and psychological worlds in an honest, fresh and fun way.

    Neuroscience and psycology has given me the tools to understand the brain and the self in new ways. It satiates my desires to learn about the mystical mind, and helps me understand the self in revolutinary ways.

    In this inaugural episode, I take a moment to introduce myself and talk about my current situation, where I spend much of my time exploring the inner self to identify anxieties, fears, and barriers that subtly pull at me as I strive to build my ideal purpose driven life centred on growth, fulfilment, and joy.

    I delve into the issues I’m facing, along with the fears that hold me back from taking certain actions. I discuss how habitual changes can support personal growth, particularly during times of uncertainty, and take a deep dive into my subconscious to confront limiting beliefs, exploring ways to remodel them in order to better serve my journey, and hopefully yours, too!
