Zach Milton, a licensed real estate agent in both Florida and Texas, working as a Land Consultant for Patten Properties, a 3rd generation land developer.
Currently based at the amenity-rich, master planned community of Pecan Plantation in Granbury, Tx. Zach is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida and graduated with a bachelors in marketing while also playing on the club baseball team.
He has been in real estate for just over 3 years and has been part of numerous land development projects in both Florida and Texas. His sales experience with Patten Properties has been exclusively with secondary and recreational acreage such as oceanside, lakefront, and large acreage tracts.
Most recently his career has reached new heights (both figuratively and literally) now that he's involved in the development, marketing, and sales of the nation's fastest selling aviation community, The Landings Airpark @ Pecan Plantation. Since getting involved in aviation related real estate, Zach has since purchased an airplane, a Cessna 172, and is working to obtain his private pilot's license.
