    Brittany's favorite title and credential is mama of a two year old, but most people know her from building yoga communities in New Jersey and San Diego, on global retreats, and in her virtual studio + mentorship. 

    She's in her tenth year as a yoga teacher and leader, with a majority of her career spent with the company Life Time Athletic, where she led teacher trainings, taught full-time and hired, trained and supported teams of yoga teachers. Since moving from San Diego to Tennessee in 2021, she's rocked entrepreneurship, from leading 3-6 yoga retreats per year, creating online programs + hosting private events virtually and in Nashville.
