The legendary movie made by John Singleton staring Ice cube (Doughboy), Cuba Gooding Jr. (Tre), Morris Chestnut (Ricky), and Laurence Fishburne (Furious). For me it was the first up close representation of the southern California. Living in NJ we all listened to west coast rap and saw the video's, but to see how they lived was something totally different. Boyz n the Hood will take you on a roller coaster ride for sure.
