A truly inspirational conversation with Frank Wainwright, an ultra and extreme endurance runner about taking on incredible challenges and building a living legacy. Most of what Frank does in the world of running falls into the extreme category. Whether it's running 100 miles across a frozen Mongolian lake in -30 degrees, run 10 marathons in 10 days around lake Windermere, or 200 miles in a mile long Tunnel in under 55 hours, one has to ask why he does it. Our conversation is about challenges and pushing limits.
It is also about building communities through running and love for the outdoors. It's about supporting others, especially the young generation who are now at the heart of Frank's efforts. This summer join Frank in the Big TOE (Tour of England), his greatest challenge and experience yet, inclusive for all. Frank will run a tour across all the 42 cathedral cities of England, raising funds for Brathay Trust, a fantastic charity supporting young people from very disadvantaged backgrounds empowering them to do extraordinary things in life.
