It was time to go on a run and the 49ers fell flat on their face! Lack of discipline, sloppy, lethargic, and average just about summarizes this team that is now last in the NFC West. There are 7 games left but many fans are asking, “Is it time to move on from Kyle?” You don’t want to miss this debate!

Another must win game, right before the bye, against an all too familiar foe in the hated Dallas Cowboys. When it was all said and done, the 49ers came out on top and quite possibly ended the Cowboys’ season! Purdy had a much better game and a phenomenal 3rd quarter. Kyle is steering the ship in the right direction, 4-4 at the half way mark, if CMC can come back the team is poised to go on a run!

It was not considered a Super Bowl rematch by the 49ers coaches or players but unfortunately it was the same result: another loss to the Chiefs. Shanahan cannot solve the offensive red zone struggles and Brock Purdy quite possibly had the worst game of his career! Is Kyle on the hot seat? Is Purdy worth Franchise QB money? A step in the right direction can start on Sunday by handling business against the much hated Cowboys!

It was a must-win and the 49ers took care of business beating the Seahawks to be on top of the NFC West. Brock Purdy had a spectacular game and is now starting to get his flowers. The timing is perfect, next up are the Chiefs. This is NOT a Super Bowl rematch but the 49ers need this victory for their mental health!

It’s early in the season, but the 49ers are dead last in the division and had another 4th quarter debacle. Missed assignments, poor tackling, poor decisions; they just are not good enough. Brock Purdy was the catalyst to the offense but also put the ball in harms way. Frustrations are running high and they have a short week to get ready for another division game against the Seahawks.

After two weeks of being lost, the 49ers found their way back to Dub City! Purdy was throwing dimes, JP Mason was running all over the place, Kittle with his best TD catch yet, and JJ with the best catch of the game, again! Of course, we have to mention the pick-six by Federico Antonio Warner and that DL got to the QB six times. It’s just lowly Patriots but the 49ers need to carry that momentum onto the Cardinals, for a divisional showdown on Sunday.

Throw out all the disgusting and negative adjectives and superlatives you can think of and only then will you get a glimpse of how putrid this loss was. The debacle of the defense and special teams overshadowed the stellar performance put on by Purdy and Jennings. Plenty of blame to go around but the 49ers must get right against the Patriots come Sunday!

The last time the 49ers won in Minnesota was December 13, 1992 and that streak will unfortunately continue. The potent offense was held under 20 points and Brock Purdy had one of his worst games of his career. The defense couldn’t get off on third downs and gave up the longest pass for a TD in 49ers history! It’s early in the season but we need the Smooth Criminal that was Brock Purdy back quick, fast and in a hurry!
