As we move full swing into the holiday season, one issue that we see around this time is late payments on tenants.

In this episode replay, I have a conversation with Cindy Lee about how landlords can ensure that they are paid rent on time each month. Managing rental collections can be one of the most challenging parts of your job as a landlord or property manager. Cindy will share some of the most influential collections strategies she uses in her day-to-day work with AR collections management.
