The Services in the Temple were funded by way of the half coin donations given every year to the temple treasury. Why was the command to specifically donate a half coin? Additionally everything in the temple had to be complete. The vessels, garments offerings & even the priests themselves had to be whole & unblemished & yet the funds paying for the services needed to be specifically non complete - half, why?
