Craig W. Hedge is an accredited and credentialed life coach, and lifestyle mentor, currently based in Hobart Tasmania Australia. He is passionate about helping people to identify their strengths, build confidence, and to find new ways to live and love their lives. Craig has over 30 years experience, interest, and immersion, in self development, and further developing and understanding his spirituality. Craig is passionate about helping and guiding people to enable, and empower themselves in their own lives. Empowerment is not given. People do not empower other people. Craig understands that a space is required to enable people to step into their own experience and power. To be able to do this, requires an understanding and awareness of the dynamics of power, the fundamentals of coaching, and the importance of building trust and support in relationships. Craig's life is about living authentically and being true to himself. Living with integrity, and understanding the importance of aligning beliefs, values and behaviors, and knowing that life is to be 'lived'... and created! Personal transformation, living with guidance, and trusting in life, are major themes throughout the book series - in fact, they are major themes in Craig's life. In 2014 Craig completely changed the way he lived and approached his life. After a series of major life events, he chose to move in new directions. After a major bowel operation, losing all of his money, selling and giving away 80% of his possessions, leaving his home and security, he trusted in life and rediscovered, and further developed, new levels of resourcefulness and resilience. It is this experience in particular, that has given Craig an even stronger resolve and purpose, to help others understand that wherever they are in life, and whatever the circumstances, they can move forward in their lives and create new possibilities and opportunities. He currently lives what he describes as a free range minimalist lifestyle, and writes about what he experiences and loves. Current topics in the book series include; gratitude, affirmations, confidence, minimalism, spirituality, the law of attraction, coaching philosophies, the importance of aligning beliefs, values and behaviors. Craig stays fit and active and works out in the great outdoors wherever he can find a chin up bar and some equipment. Craig loves fishing, camping, walking, riding his mountain bike, exploring coastal environments and wandering and pottering around in nature. His drink of choice is tea, and that includes green tea with milk! Craig is also fascinated by the Japanese culture, particularly the ancient and modern fishing traditions and techniques.
