    I'm excited to share this brain hack concept of Your First 100 in a jar.

    Every one of us logically knows how to get from here to there on pretty much any goals we have.

    But why do people need trainers?  Coaches? To tell them to eat veggies instead of burgers? We each know what is good for us and what it takes to achieve a Goal but the resistance of our primitive brain is real.

    This week I want to share with you my approach to weight loss

    If you are someone who struggles on the hamster wheel trying to shed some pounds and never seems to get there.

    Or you found a “ miracle pill” that shed all that weight for the wedding or that beach bikini vacation…and gain it all back.

    I believe this fresh perspective of looking at weight loss can help you to see weight loss with a different lens.

    Logically you can see if you follow this perspective you can shed the weight that you have been wanting to shed, will shed, and stay off permanently. 

    This is not a magic pill or a done-for-you approach.

    It requires you to put in the work yourself and you must want it bad enough.

    Permanent results require permanent actions, not temporary solutions like diet.
