    Dr. Wheaton-Greer is an award-winning DEI practitioner, educator, and researcher, committed to liberation through a process of abolition, reparations and decolonization. With over 15 years of experience in DEI facilitation, project management, recruitment and retention, Marissiko combines hands-on expertise with a research driven approach. Her research and practice specialize in equity-oriented leadership, identity development and organizational capacity-building.

    Today, hosts Dr. Antija Allen and Justin Stewart are joined by Tahitia Timmons, who owns and leads, Conscious By Us, LLC., a Small, Black, and Queer Woman Owned Business, which focuses on DEI and improving health equity through coaching, SME consulting, DEI Content reviews, and speaking events. With nearly 20 years of experience working with organizations and individuals, developing, and presenting inclusive content, Tahitia follows a transformational coaching method, geared towards creating psychological safety, cultural humility, and integrates concepts of belonging and engagement in her coaching practice. Tahitia also hosts her podcast, Health Equity 52, interviewing guests from a variety of backgrounds that directly or indirectly improve people’s health by creating a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable world.
    When she is not coaching, creating content, speaking, volunteering, or podcast hosting, you’ll find Tahitia spending time with her family, including one anxious dog, and a very bossy cat.
