We don't focus on breathing, although that is a great technique to shift to calm. We don't use relaxation techniques, although those are useful. We don't work on lifestyle changes. Instead, this book asks you to consider three questions whenever anxiety strikes—and as you answer those three questions, you will find a new way of looking at things.

You'll snap back to present moment, and become fully present in what is. Your anxiety will stop looping. And you can relax and enjoy yourself, regardless of what's happening around you.
