People with a superiority complex do not value or respect other people's culture or customs. In fact, they will unknowingly, as well as, overtly destroy it. People with an inferiority complex will not maintain or practice their own customs, culture, or disciplines, but instead, try to assimilate into a culture they feel is superior to their own.
