Both of them emphasize the importance of unlearning, relearning, and taking action. Neeraja Ganesh discusses her passion for diversity and inclusion and her purpose of helping women succeed. Anurag emphasizes the importance of caring for people's happiness and success and the need to make a positive mindset shift. The guests also discuss the value of valuing oneself, networking, and taking action on one's passions. They advise not to do things differently just for the sake of it and to fully commit to what you want to do.

    Sachindra Rudra & Sameer Nair join the hosts Suman Ghose + Atul S Nath for a candid conversation about their work lives and transitioning into a 2nd Innings of life.

    Sachin focuses on helping businesses, especially startups in consumer facing industries and tech-enabled solutions, and especially those that have major social impact. Prior to that he has worked across FMCG, Consulting, Pharma, Private Equity and Venture Capital across multiple geographies at Unilever, McKinsey and many other illustrious companies.

    Sameer Nair graduated from IIM Bangalore in 1996. Early on, he worked in the Financial Sector and thereafter in Investment Banking and Transaction Advisory. In 2008, he founded Gram Oorja which provides sustainable energy solutions in remote regions of India. It has done impressive work across thousands of villages more than 700 community level projects.
