    Still on track..

    a long run of 11 miles, improvised by running up the stairs 100 times and recorded a fasted 5k run!

    Progress is being made but not without its struggles.

    This week Lee has had to adapt due to the snow, be flexible in his approach but keep gradually challenging himself.
