This is episode 13 of 9 Months to 100km, tracking Lee Houghtons progress to the Ultra Marathon.
This week has not been so unlucky though as he achieved 13.1 miles in week 13, yes a full non stop 1/2 marathon distance.
This week also saw him trying and crashing from gels and an unlikely lesson when taking out his headphines!
Next year in Lees 45th year he is going to complete the London Marathon and a Ultra Marathon after never pushing himself physically before, all to raise money for charity.
