Today, we are extremely lucky to have Ameya Duprey, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Doula, coming to the show. Ameya shared with us so many tips taken from Ayurveda, that we can apply to help us recover better after giving birth. This is what happens when traditional wisdom mixes up with modern type of care. Both are so useful, and they work so well when combined together. Ameya Duprey is a board certified Ayurvedic practitioner, massage therapist and Ayurvedic postpartum doula. She has been helping postpartum mothers fully heal from birth for over a decade. She is the founder of Shakti Care and author of Mama’s Menu, an Ayurvedic recipe book to support postpartum healing.
