The trio shares their experiences with change - along with the aha moments that led to them. They also offer plenty of insights, inspiration, and motivation to help people deconstruct old patterns, identify what brings them joy, and start embracing change. Catch the negative thoughts, and put them to the side - Kee Kee: Take her sticky-note challenge. Fill in the blank: "I welcome _____" and place the sticky notes with the reminder around your home. - Troy: Remember gratitude and laughter. If something bad happens, be grateful and laugh Final Thoughts - Leslie: Change is good! Go with it - Troy: Remember who you are. List what you have achieved - Kee Kee: Give yourself permission to be someone different from what you have always been ... if that's what you want Learn More About Kee Kee Buckley: KeeKeeBuckley.com Leslie Marsh: SpiralHeart.co.uk Troy Sandidge: FindTroy.com Debra Eckerling: TheDEBMethod.com/blog TheBookProposalExpert.com Learn more about your ad choices.
