Australia, after being tipped up by Afghanistan and suffocated by India. Required Bangladesh of all teams to beat Afghanistan. Afghanistan needed to win to qualify and what made this even more interesting, if Bangladesh won by enough they would qualify ahead of Australia and Afghanistan. It had the recipe for chaos and in the end the game was cooked to perfection.
