  • The Power of Pivot
    2025/05/22

If you’re feeling stuck or unsure about what’s next, this episode is for you. I’m diving into the art of pivoting—how to make the big decisions that shift your path, even when it feels uncomfortable. I’ll be sharing my own experience of pivoting in my life and business, and how these changes have led to surprising growth and clarity.

If you’re at a crossroads, this is your sign to take that next step, no matter how small it feels. Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming, and I’ll guide you through simple strategies to help you embrace new directions with confidence.

In this episode, we’ll talk about why pivoting is often necessary for personal and professional growth, how to trust yourself when everything feels uncertain, and why it’s okay to let go of things that no longer serve you. I’ll also share ways to create space for new opportunities and how to make your pivot feel aligned with who you really are.

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to make a change, this is your reminder that it’s never too late to start—small steps can lead to big transformations.

  • Creating Purpose in Everyday Life
    2025/05/15

If you’ve ever felt like you’re “supposed” to be doing something more meaningful with your life—but have no idea what that is—this episode is for you.

I’m talking all about purpose: why we put so much pressure on it, what it really means, and how it doesn’t have to be some big, world-changing mission to matter. I’ll share what helped shift my own perspective, and why living in alignment with what lights you up is more than enough.

We’ll dive into why your purpose can be personal, how living in your joy creates a ripple effect for others, and why even the smallest acts of kindness and authenticity can spark change. If you’ve been waiting for a sign that you’re already on the right path, this is it.

You’ll walk away feeling grounded, inspired, and reminded that who you are—and how you show up—is more powerful than you think.

✨ Your light matters. Your presence makes a difference. And your purpose might be simpler than you realized.

    2025/04/03

If you’ve been feeling exhausted and unmotivated this episode is for you. I’m diving into why burnout happens, how overstimulation is quietly depleting us, and what actually helps when rest alone isn’t enough. I’ll share my own experience of feeling completely depleted and the small shifts that have made a real difference in my energy levels.

If you're feeling depleted, you NEED the 30 minute "Yogic Sleep" Meditation. It's a specific 7 step process that's as rejuvenating as 4 hours of actual sleep, and honestly it's saving my life right now. Get it FREE when you purchase the "Self Care Bundle" with code SLEEP at checkout and I'm adding a special discount just for you 😉

We’ll talk about why so many of us feel exhausted even when we get enough sleep, how technology and constant stimulation play a bigger role than we realize, and what it really means to rest in a way that fuels us—rather than just numbing out. I’ll also share simple ways to start reclaiming your energy, set boundaries without guilt, and break free from the cycle of “all or nothing” thinking.

From a neuroscience/psychology perspective this is why what you are focusing on will grow:

    1. Neurons that fire together wire together. The more that certain thoughts are happening the more they are wiring together which makes them happen quicker, easier, more automatically. It's like going to the gym and working a muscle, the mind strengths with what you are thinking about.

    2. RAS, Reticular Activating System, is your brains filter. It deletes and distorts information in your surroundings depending on what you deem as important. The more you focus on what you are grateful for the more your brains filter will pick up on things in your life that align with gratitude and show them to you, other wise it will literally ignore them.

    3. We love to be validated, and so do our beliefs. Your brain will seek evidence that what you believe is true.

If you found value in this information, please share it on social media or with a friend!

    See you next week
