The relationship I have with my dad caused me a lot of heartache and caused me to keep re-creating limiting patterns and relationships with men that replicated it and limiting beliefs about my own self-worth! I've been healing from the symptoms of this relationship for many years but seem to still be calling in these patterns. So I decided to write a letter to him, not to expose him, or to make him feel any regrets, but to release stuff from my mind so it's not going around and around in my head and in the hope that by doing this I'm able to gain some clarity. It helped me come to a massive realisation and healing on a deep level. So I'm sharing this letter, not to gain pity from people, but merely in the hope that those of you who listen to it and resonate with it, will gain something from it. 

Sending Unconditional Love & Divine Light to all of my fellow souls and travellers, who are also on their journey to self-love and healing. 

Lately, I've been thinking more about what it is I want to call into my life and exactly what it means to me. I've found that somewhere along the way of manifesting/aligning with what I want, I stopped perceiving that I already had it! And it was merely just more of an abundance of it I was aligning into and not the actual "thing" in general! For me, perceiving myself as being in a place of lack has been one of my hardest (and still working on), challenges on my journey. It sources from a very deep place both in this present life from childhood and also along my Ancestral bloodline. It has many triggers from traumas that puts me back into feeling the energy and emotions that of lack, desperation and life survival. So this realisation was quite big for me. It brings a whole new energy to Manifesting/Aligning and Gratitude work. It also helps me "feel" the energy, emotions and feelings of what I am aligning and calling in more profoundly. Many of us carry around the subconscious belief "It is unsafe to be a woman and be in my feminine body" due to many personal and collective experiences, traumas and ancestral experiences and traumas. Are we truly connected with our Divine Feminine energy when we hold so much trauma in our bodies and minds and repeat negative affirmations about our femininity to ourselves on a daily basis? I was so disconnected to my body, mind and femininity because of trauma and carrying around limiting beliefs about being female which came from the collective mindset as well as my own personal experiences! Sharing some shower thoughts and positive messages of empowerment whilst I continue on my journey of self-love and healing my Divine Feminine energy.

Let's celebrate ourselves as the beautiful Goddesses that we are.  Let's break this cycle and celebrate our womanhood.
