Reinvent•ability is our dynamic ability to grow through change and expand into our full potential.

Join me as I talk with inspiring guests and share my own insights about reinvention, growth, and breaking through inner limits that keep us from working and living with greater purpose and joy.

And here's a bit about me:

Nataly Kogan is a reinvention catalyst, keynote speaker, 2x best-selling author, 3x entrepreneur, self-taught artist, and world-class mindset mentor to impact makers.

Nataly's entire life has been an education in reinvention. She came to the US as a refugee and reached the top levels of success as an executive with companies like Microsoft and McKinsey, a managing director at a venture fund at 25, and as founder or executive team member at 5 startups.

But she suffered a debilitating burnout, which led her reinvented her life, career, and business to be more aligned with her purpose of lovingly agitating awesome humans to get unstuck and grow into their true potential.

Every episode of this podcast is packed with insights, tangible strategies, and Nataly's abundant positive energy and loving agitation that will ignite you to expand your vision, break through limiting beliefs, and take action to create the future you truly want.

New episodes drop every Monday, and are a mix of shorter solo episodes and interviews with leading authors, thinkers, leaders, and reinventors.

  • #53 Beginning a new chapter -- for you and for this podcast
    2025/10/13

Most change doesn’t come with a plan — it starts with a feeling that something needs to shift.

In this episode, I talk about how small steps create clarity and tell my favorite story about Steve Jobs and a calligraphy class that changed the course of his life and led to the founding of Apple.

I also give a sneak peek of what’s next for the podcast itself and how following my own whisper is leading to an exciting new evolution.

  • #52 My Biggest Dare Yet: How Small Bold Steps Spark Big Change
    2025/10/06

This week, I share one of the biggest dares I’ve ever taken — opening my art studio to the public for the very first time. I talk about what happened, what I learned, and how the Dare Yourself movement was born from that moment. If you’ve ever kept a dream to yourself, this episode will remind you why your dreams need witnesses — and how daring yourself to take action can change everything.

  • #51 A Surprising Way to Make Hard Decisions Easier
    2025/09/29

In this episode, I share a surprising yet powerful technique to help you make tough decisions with more clarity and confidence: checking in with your future self. Instead of getting stuck in overthinking or weighed down by your brain’s negativity bias, imagining yourself a year from now can shift your perspective and reveal the choice that truly aligns with your values and vision.

We’ll explore why your brain is wired to focus on fear and obstacles, how connecting to your future self helps you break free from that bias, and the simple question that can cut through confusion in the moment.

If you’re standing at a crossroads—whether in your career, creativity, or personal life—this episode will give you a practical tool to move forward with courage, clarity, and trust in your path.
