On Thanksgiving, Matt Eberflus showed the world he has the clock management skills of a baseball manager. The Bears were on a drive to at least get overtime versus the powerhouse Lions, but he sat on his hands and let his rookie quarterback drown in front of a national audience. His firing was necessary, but you'd be surprised to find out how much he's enjoying it. Also, can the refs at least TRY to not favor the Chiefs? In the last meaningful play of the game, the refs blew the play dead for a false start. Except that, during those fateful fractions of a second, a turnover occurred. Instead of it counting for nothing, the refs made it change the end of the game. Kief will swear about this one.
