We have reach the end of the first week of the NASCAR anti-trust trial, and what a way to wrap up the week. After hearing testimony from NASCAR President Steve O'Donnell and co-owner of Joe Gibbs Racing Heather Gibbs, none other than Michael Jordan took the stand. The trial of the century continues on. Today we continue to hear cross examination of Front Row Motorsports' owner Bob Jenkins. After his testimony concluded, NASCAR President Steve O'Donnell took the stand. Day 3 of the NASCAR antitrust lawsuit began with NASCAR executive Scott Prime returning to the stand. Later, Front Row Motorsports owner Bob Jenkins provided witness testimony. During the proceedings, the jury had reactions to some of the questions asked, and with the jury out of the room, Judge Bell addressed NASCAR’s lawyers regarding two matters related to evidentiary orders.

Legal analyst Shannon McMinimee also joined the discussion to break down the day’s events.
