An approach to reclaiming your health and wellness. We are on the go, from the time we get up until its time for bed. Keeping track of our things-to-do leaves us exhausted, worn out, with little or no energy.
Stressing out. By losing all the crap we keep about ourselves, we can move into being a better person. We bury so much of ourselves, never committing to becoming the person we should be. Take the path to health and wellness that is available for all. The therapies and practices are not unique to this book, yet its contribution to health and wellness is no doubt beneficial to all who listen and act upon it. 

We face an overwhelming amount of stress in our daily lives. That can build over time and cause havoc in our lives to the point where we are hiding from the problem and not thriving, just inviting more stress. Apart from the daily sources of stress, some people are exposed to some serious problems daily; grieving after a loss or breakup, they could have workplace challenges, environmental disasters, neglect, loneliness, even abandonment issues, just to name a few - perhaps a hormonal problem or nutritional deficiencies, not to mention sexual abuse. The list is endless.
