Following the death of his once-estranged sister, Elise, Daniel is burdened with guilt and haunted by all that was left unsaid between them. He is more bruised by grief than he knows, especially when his sister’s seemingly lighthearted drafts reveal hidden truths he may not be ready to face and Elise’s ex-husband, Edward, suspiciously inserts himself back into Daniel’s life. Torn between the past and the future, Daniel will need Nellie’s help if he hopes to truly live the next chapter of his own life.
