Autogenic training is a deep relaxation method for body and mind, inspired by yoga and zen meditation. Just by your imagination - without any physical effort - you will learn to relax deeply in a simple way. Your self-healing powers are activated and stress-related illnesses disappear little by little.
Autogenic training helps to feel your own body and its needs more consciously and to deal with yourself more mindfully. It gives you peace and strenght, new energy and helps you to have tranquil and restoritive sleep.

- The Warmth excercise relaxes the blood vessels and improves blood circulation
- The Breathing excercise makes the breath calm and steady
- The Heart excercise makes the heart beat regularly
- The Stomach excercise warms and relaxes the stomach
- and the Head excercise clears the head and relieves headaches.
Autogenetic training is for everyone. It can be used anytime and anywhere, but preferably in a quiet and pleasant environment. The beneficial effect is quickly achieved with regular use. Therefore, try to integrate Autogenetic training into your everyday life and practice it as often as possible. You will become more relaxed and content, physical complaints will decrease and even disappear completely - and you will feel much better all around.
