It is said that the true experience of yoga is "self realisation" moving beyond limitations of the indoctrinated mind or shadow self and into a state of self mastery, liberation, and freedom.

The goal then, if there is one - is to realise this union and achieve self-mastery and mastery over our own destiny. Self-mastery is described as: the ability to control one's own desires or impulses, self control, self discipline.

These days we call it manifestation. To know exactly what you want and need, and to create enough fluid movement to become magnetic, and attract it to yourself.

Yes! We are indeed master manifestors, accept - many of us just don't know it yet. You see, the true "secret" to manifestation is knowing that you're doing it continuously all the time, anyway, with every thought, word, and deed.

Yet just the understanding of all of this, does not necessarily a master - make. It takes years of practice. Developing a self practice.

Set out in three simple steps, Awakening Medicine invites the practitioner into a deep relationship with self - through self love and self care practices, towards self mastery. Listening to your own innate wisdom, rather than following any practice.

Step 3 - Strengthen

The first and most important step is soften and all that is required here is relaxation, meditation, shaking, and gentle flowing movements and dance. The second step is stretch, and it is important that you only move into the s.t.r.e.t.c.h. when you feel the impulse inside you. It may take one week, or it may take longer.

There are 21 different modalities to partake of on your Awakening Medicine journey, to make sure you’re getting everything you need out of it. These include but are not limited to: hypnosis, grounding, self enquiry, witnessing, the fluids, alignment, and detox/diet. It is important to always start from where you are and allow your feelings to dictate your movement, in order to find your flow and your innate impulse.

The process of Awakening Medicine is that it is more than just a form of exercise, get fit, or lose weight quick scheme. It is a process and your prayer.

When we create time to deepen our intimate connection to mother earth and father sky/spirit; space is created within us. This allows us to remember the importance of nourishing ourselves so deeply that something incredible happens. Our innate raw and wild instinct kicks back in, our body naturally begins to heal, regeneration occurs, we start anti-aging - youthing even, and are driven, with ease, towards our best health ever. This is radical health.
