We want to ensure that we are living a healthy life that promises a return of happiness, positive thinking, and motivation to conquer each day. We all know taking care of our minds and bodies is important, but what are you doing to make those thoughts a reality?
Sometimes you just have to break your own rules. We want you to know you can be selfish. You need to work on you first before you can make yourself a better mom, a better wife, or simply just to be a better friend. Yes, healthy habits suck, but you need to find your own gear that works for you.
In this look into our "normal" lives, we will discuss the strategies we use to keep us moving to keep us feeling fulfilled—what exercises you can do within your surroundings and your average diet pointers to get ahead. We even throw in some "cheat codes" to supplements that can better your overall health. After all, we are just a couple of everyday women weaving through life, figuring it out on the go. My friend and I worked up the courage to start taking notes and gathering information of our ups and downs. A different gear needed to be found, researched needed to be done to push ourselves to take the time to share our life information, and hopefully it will help people to cope and better themselves.
We just wanted to share our experiences and connect with our audience on a personal level. We are not expecting large crowds and power from this, we just want to connect and relate to our listeners. We are not authors or professional book writers, but we took a chance, and we are experienced in life struggles and enjoyments. You can say we have 88 years in life experience combined, wink wink.
