Chapter one contains a guided meditation program and affirmations that will help you experience deep feelings of happiness and joy in your everyday life. I encourage you to listen to this program regularly so that it can bring about positive changes at a deep, subconscious level. Chapter one is a guided meditation to be listened to at night.
Chapters two and three only have affirmations. Chapter two starts off with happy affirmations followed by affirmations that will help you develop high levels of self-esteem. That is the magic bullet when it comes to being happy: sending both happy and self-esteem affirmations directly into the subconscious mind. This two-part combination makes a powerful impact on the mind. The order is reversed in chapter three: The high self-esteem affirmations come first; the happy affirmations come second. This switch make things interesting for both the conscious and subconscious minds.
Bonus: When it comes to “programming the mind” or “thinking positive”, the options are limited and predictable. This is what I mean; go to any bookstore and go to the self-help section and look at some of the books. The recommendations are always the same: affirmations, visualization, gratitude, and meditation. These are the standard practices taught by self-help gurus.
