あらすじ・解説
Program your brain to experience driving as a safe, stress-free, pleasurable activity
If driving is stressful to you, reprogram your perception with this two-part system of spoken and subliminal suggestions. Stress is mental...so enlist the unlimited power of your mind, and your viewpoint will be corrected.
In track one - Hypnosis - you will be guided through a full-body relaxation, taking you into a theta-level hypnotic state or inducing sleep, during which your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. The impactful statements you will hear include:
- You desire to drive safely and well, and this now becomes your reality.
- While driving you remain wide awake and fully alert, more alert than at any other time.
- You no longer get upset by the way other people drive, because you realize there is no value in this.
- You drive safely and defensively and remain relaxed.
- You are a good defensive driver who remains at ease while behind the wheel.
- When you drive a car, you remain at peace with yourself, the world, and everyone in it - yet you remain fully alert, and you notice everything about the traffic and road conditions.
You will then be encouraged to visualize driving in adverse traffic conditions while feeling calm and in control - and even enjoying the experience - and you will also be given affirmations to repeat...all of which enhances this programming.
Then, in track two - Subliminal Programming - the same positive messaging will be relayed to you again, this time embedded in calming music you can play in your car to keep alert and awake...safe and stress-free. In this way, the suggestions you heard in track one will continue to be reinforced through this incredibly powerful mind-programming technique.
Special note: Do not use track one while driving.
