Actress Angele Masters is like a sonorous siren, her lilting, singsong cadence providing a captivating canvas for Fletcher’s unique language, almost musical in nature. Indeed, Masters’ old-world theatrics emanate an almost Shakespearean tonality, nevertheless softened by clear diction and fluid storytelling, sure to capture children’s imaginations.
