Kim Fleckenstein uses the power of your subconscious mind to help you develop greater resilience and a life-affirming outlook - and thereby become more resistant to mental stresses. With every repetition, this coaching further reinforces your ability to deliver a definitive "stop!" to any mental, physical or psychological exploitation. You will learn to be proactive instead of reactive and to differentiate better between acceptable and unacceptable situations, in order to be able to clearly and precisely say "no".
