あらすじ・解説
We've all experienced lousy jobs when we were young or in between careers. Many of us worked in restaurants or temp offices, but today we hear stories from a gal who works as a cashier at a porn store. Susie reads from True Porn Clerk Stories a blog created by Ali Davis. The surprising details of this job are that- there is so much more to it than just swiping bar codes. Not only does our heroine check out the videos, she is expected to check out the customers as they peruse the aisles. A few too many shoppers, while looking at the racy cover photos, have a tendency to get physical with themselves right there in the store. Imagine the clean up on aisle three! Next, Susie scours the news in England and finds a story about a motor racing bigwig who was accused of participating in a Nazi orgy party. Not so said the Formula One boss who tells a different story. He claims all he was doing was having sadomasochistic sex, and that he's been practicing S&M for 45 years. And best yet, he took the tabloids to court, and won. Then, in the Try This at Home mailbag, we hear a question from a young man who wants to know how to talk about sex with friends and lovers. Is there anyway to converse about sex without it seeming to be a come on?
