Laughter Yoga contains two easy to follow classes that, when combined with Linda's irresistibly infectious laugh, will leave you smiling from ear to ear and feeling happy, energised and relaxed. The first Laughter Yoga class is 22 minutes in length, and the second is a shorter 11 minute version for the days when you have less time.
Both classes are instructed by Linda Woodgate using clear and easy to follow expert instructions. The classes include various clapping and movement sequences, yoga breathing and laughter exercises all set to relaxing and soothing background music.
