Bonus: There are actually five hypnotherapy sessions in this pack rather than the traditional four.
Warning: The "Crossroads" and "Training Fear" sessions are very powerful, and if you are currently under the care of a physician or psychologist you must have them review this program before you begin.
For years common thought was that a person's IQ or intelligence was the primary indicator of his or her potential success. But we all know brilliant people who are complete failures in life.
Peter Salovey and John D. Mayer coined the term emotional intelligence in 1990, describing it as a form of social intelligence that involves the ability to monitor one's own and others feelings and emotions, to discriminate among them, and to use this information to guide one's thinking and actions.
Daniel Goleman was a science writer for The New York Times, specializing in brain and behavior research, and trained as a psychologist at Harvard. He wrote the book Emotional Intelligence based on the work of Salovey and Mayer. Since that time a number of books have been written on the subject of EQ, some good, some lacking. The issue with any information of this nature is in our ability to implement it. Without a technology to make the integration seamless, the information is an interesting academic exercise at best.
The 4 x 4 programs are designed to implement that process of increasing your EQ automatically. Each of the five hypnotherapy recordings focuses on keys identified as being pivotal to EQ. The Mindfulness Meditations provide a foundation of concentration, compassion, impermanence, and the training of fear that is required for your new EQ skills.
Get ready - your life is about to change!
